First things first — thank you for pulling up a stool and sticking around. Your patience and support mean more than we could ever pour into a glass.

As many of you know, we typically open the bar — our maine coon kitten availability event — somewhere around the 8-10 week mark. However, this particular litter has us taking a little extra time before we call last round. There are one or two little ones we are still evaluating for our bar, and until we have made that decision, we are not quite ready to put them on tap (set a date). We ask that you keep checking back — we expect to have something confirmed within the next month or so, and trust us, it will be worth the wait.

A Few Important Changes — Please Read

Due to some challenges we have faced on our social media page recently — including having our account being temporarily suspended and coming dangerously close to losing it entirely — we are making some adjustments to how we communicate, and we want to make sure our regulars are in the loop.

Going forward, when we are ready, we will simply announce that we are going "LIVE." That is your cue to belly up to the bar. We will no longer be using the phrase “happy hour” on our social pages, and we ask that our wonderful community keep that in mind.

As a reminder, we also have comment "moderation assist" in place. This automatically hides any keywords we have filtered. So, some comments I'm not even seeing anymore because I literally have over 150 phrases or words hidden and many are innocent. Any comments that suggest purchasing, adopting, or claiming a kitten — “I want her,” “is she available,” “I’d love to adopt” "I'm applying for this one" — as well as any comments referencing intoxication/bring drunk, are automatically hidden. We know, ...it feels a little ironic given our theme. Meta is fine with a drink or two... but I don't want the AI bots getting confused. We think they've picked up it's our theme (so I'm being told), but nothing surprises me anymore with their puzzling moderation rules.

We have never used the shortcuts or keywords that others lean on, and somehow we still ended up in their crosshairs. It is what it is. We are adapting, and we are grateful that you are adapting right along with us.

The next round is coming and remember...the best things in life are worth waiting for. Just ask any of our patrons who patiently waited for "the good stuff" here.

Leanne
