🍸 Happy Hour is coming for Bailey’s Irish Cream’s Brew — And We’re Just Getting Started.

Clear your calendars, grab a cocktail, and set your alarms (preferably not after your nightcap) — Happy Hour kicks off next Wednesday morning, around 7 or 8 AM ...because why wait for 5 o’clock when you’re running a full-service cattery bar?

Bailey’s Irish Cream’s Brew will be officially on tap, but with our bar about to be packed... I don't plan on going through who applied until the following week. Mad Dog 20/20 will be due that weekend, so she comes first.

But don’t close your tab just yet…

We’ve got some big changes brewing behind the bar, and let’s just say this rounds on impulse.

Two top-shelf male additions are scheduled to join our cocktail menu:

🍾 One poly pawed blue smoke lands the last few days of July

🍸 The other pulls up a barstool in full black on August 2nd

How did this happen? Honestly… unclear. One minute I was browsing pedigrees, the next minute I was three drinks in and signing contracts. Classic bartender behavior. No regrets. Zero memory. Full excitement.

These boys are premium pour material — pedigrees aged to perfection, 3 generations of perfect echocardiograms, smooth temperaments, and enough flavor to spice up every future litter on the menu. I'm excited but won't hesitate to pull off the bar just like Anheuser if all is not perfect. I'm a perfectionist and will not cut corners. Not in my DNA.

And this is just the beginning.

Over the next few months, we’re shaking things up, uncorking new ideas, and pouring up surprises you won’t want to miss. We’re reworking what’s on tap, updating the vibe behind the bar, and maybe even expanding our drink list.

So whether you’re a loyal regular or a first-time patron, now’s the time to belly up for a round (or three). The specials are only getting better, the cocktails are stronger than ever, and these kittens? Full proof.
